**1. Introduction**

The **Truck Lighting** DocType is used to manage and document the inspection of lighting systems on trucks. It provides a structured way to assess the condition of lights, allowing for detailed remarks and tracking of inspection results.



**2. Accessing the Truck Lighting**

* Log in to the VSD Fleet Management System using your credentials.

* Navigate to the VSD Fleet MS module from the main dashboard.

* Select Truck Lighting from the list of available DocTypes.



**3. Understanding the Interface**

The interface consists of several fields to capture essential information regarding truck lighting inspections:

**Lighting Field:** This field allows users to specify the type of lighting being inspected.

**Mark Checkbox:** A checkbox to mark the entry for follow-up or special attention, defaulting to unchecked.

**Remarks Field:** A text field for entering any specific comments or notes about the lighting inspection.



**4. Adding a New Lighting Entry**

* Click on the New button to create a new lighting inspection entry.

* Fill in the Lighting field with the relevant information about the lighting being inspected.

* Check the Mark checkbox if this entry requires special attention.

* Enter any additional notes or comments in the Remarks field.

* Click Save to store the new entry.
